My job in 3 words: customer satisfaction, expertise and team spirit!
Being a responsible credit player means standing alongside our customers at every stage of their lives. This is also embodied by support in case of hard times!
Laurent and Yann both work in the Litigation and Debt Recovery Division. They explain the activity, their career and the different aspects of their work: a profession that is meaningful, diverse and requires expertise, rigor, empathy and team spirit.
Life is generally not a long, quiet river and accidents sometimes occur. When a customer finds himself in a difficult financial situation and is unable to honour a certain number of repayments of his loan, he has the possibility to contact the Banque of France. After examination, the latter may grant that it is admissible in respect of over-indebtedness.
From then on, it is Laurent, Client advisor securing over-indebtedness and litigation, who receives the file and manages it throughout the procedure to put in place a plan of over-indebtedness. It is a matter of finding with the customer a suitable solution to put an end to his over-indebtedness in the best possible conditions.
Once this plan is set up, Yann, for his part, will put everything in place to support the client on a daily basis, in order to stop the over-indebtedness. In other words, Yann finds solutions with the customer to complete his over-indebtedness plan in advance and allows him to give life to new projects.
As Yann reminds us in his testimony, the mission is accomplished when the client is satisfied and has managed to recover from the situation. This customer satisfaction therefore generates a great satisfaction in the advisor and, more broadly, in the over-indebtedness and recovery teams!
