Charlotte Dennery
Director and Chief Executive Officer BNP Paribas Personal Finance
A graduate of the École Polytechnique and Ensae ParisTech, I began my career as a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, at INSEE and then at the Budget Department.
I joined BNP Paribas as Head of Strategy and Development at Corporate and Investment Banking (2001-2002), Head of Strategy and Development in the United States (2002-2004), Chief Financial Officer and Head of Asset Management at BNP Paribas Cardif (2004-2009), then at BNP Paribas Investment Partners from 2009 to 2015 as CEO of FundQuest until 2013 and as Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2015.
From 2015 to 2021, I was Managing Director of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, the Group’s subsidiary specialised in the financing of professional equipment.

I joined Cetelem in 1994. I spent the first half of my career in France as Head of Decision Support Systems, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Development, and the second half internationally as CEO of Cetelem in Romania and Spain, responsible for supervising the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries, before moving to Italy in early 2019 as Managing Director and then CEO of Findomestic.

I started my career in the operations of Allianz France before joining the BNP Paribas Group in 2007 as head of public affairs at BNP Paribas Cardif. In 2009, I became Deputy CEO of SBI Life in Mumbai, the joint venture between State Bank of India and BNP Paribas Cardif. Commercial Director for International Markets from 2012 to 2014, I left in 2015 in Hong Kong as head of the Asia zone. Back at headquarters in 2019, I was Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and Actuarial Services. In September 2022, I joined BNP Paribas Personal Finance as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Global Business Lines (BNP Paribas Personal Finance).

A graduate of ISEP, a digital engineering school, I started my career in Consulting in 1987, first at Accenture, then PricewaterhouseCoopers, and finally at IBM Business Consulting. After supporting our clients for more than 20 years in their technological transformation projects and contributing to the commercial development of these consulting firms as a Partner, I became Deputy Director of Information Systems at Natixis in 2008. In 2015 I joined the BNP Paribas Group as Chief Information Technology Officer of BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Since January 1, 2022, I have been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, in charge of Global Service Lines and member of the Executive Committee.
