Meriem works in legal recovery and litigation in the Litigation and Debt Recovery Division. Life is generally not a long, quiet river and accidents sometimes occur. In the event of a difficult financial situation, when a client has not been able to honour a certain number of repayments of his loan, it is essential to accompany him. It is at this point that Meriem, a Legal negotiation client advisor, approaches the client to fully understand his situation, his possibilities and constraints.
After exchanges and analysis, Meriem makes every effort to find an amicable and adapted solution as soon as possible so that the customer finds a healthy financial situation.
As she reminds us, the key to this job of Customer Advisor is to have an attentive and understanding ear in order to evaluate all aspects of the situation and then to propose adapted solutions that will satisfy the customer!
