The EIB and BNP Paribas Personal Finance join forces to accelerate the energy transition in France!

Through its long-standing partnership with the European Investment Bank Group (EIB), BNP Paribas is accelerating to support the transition to climate neutrality by financing home energy efficiency investments in existing buildings via a new securitisation of BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

This “green securitization” transaction will allow €627 million to be deployed over a three-year period in new lending to individual French households, with the goal of energy efficiency improvements through renovation and renewable energy projects. These loans will be attractively priced, thanks to a BEI subsidy, and will be made available for our customers, on the French market.
