Happy 25th birthday to the Cetelem Observatory in Spain!
Recently, the Cetelem Observatory, the unit research that tackles trends and consumption habits in Spain, celebrated its 25th anniversary.
If the Observatory was created as an added value service to the financial services, nowadays, its main role is to provide services to the partners and to analyze purchasing habits and Spanish consumer’s behaviors in various sectors.
For those who didn’t know, the Observatory was originally a single annual study, established in 1997, in only two different sections. Today, it includes 5 important annual studies in sectors such as motor, sustainability and consumption, or e-commerce.
Over the years, it has become a national benchmark in those fields.
Many projects are being prepared for the coming months, including the creation of a brand new website, ready to be launched soon.
To know more about this special event and the Observatory itself, its goals and ambitions for the future, watch the interview of Liliana Marsan, the manager of the Cetelem Observatory in Spain
