15 years of partnership with Distinxion
To celebrate our 15th anniversary with Distinxion, head to their showroom in Saint-Herblain, to meet Noémie Morvan – President of Distinxion and Marc Podevin – Key Account Manager at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, who will lend themselves to our “Fill in the blank” concept. About Distinxion
The Distinxion resellers network, with twenty years of existence, is the first network in France to offer a stock of more than 2,000 recent or Zero Kilometre used vehicles. With already 120 points of sale in the country, the network now enjoys a national reputation among the general public and embodies fundamental values (trust, safety) in which customers recognize themselves.
1 Network, 2 Labels
The Distinxion offer is divided into 2 main offers, represented by Labels: Distinxion and Zero Km, available in all points of sale. These two labels designate used vehicles with a maximum mileage of 30,000 km (less than 100km for zero-km vehicles).
Our partnership with Distinxion in a nutshell
Concluded in 2010, this partnership is based on a very strong human relationship as well as daily support for Distinxion distributors by our sales teams in order to train them to our financing offers. It is this proximity and these quality training courses, which we have developed together with Distinxion, that make it possible to obtain a partnership that works, and that lasts over time.
In terms of results?
Since we have been working together:
- Distinxion increased sales performance by 10x
- 30,000 customers were able to acquire a vehicle
- Customer journeys are streamlined and simplified
The partnership between BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Distinxion does not intend to stop there, as the future objectives have already been defined. As our two customer promises align perfectly, we will continue to support Distinxion and their entire network of current and future distributors on a daily basis in order to continue our development, increase our financing performance and rally each new distributor to our partnership.
