Marco Molinaro, formerly COO and Deputy CEO of Findomestic in Italy, has been new Deputy COO and Head of Operations at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since November 2024.

After graduating from S.D.A Bocconi in Milan, Marco began his career at GE Capital before joining BNP Paribas Personal Finance in 2007. He held various positions in France and abroad, in Morocco and Italy, where he developed expertise in the field of operations for consumer credit business.
