After a year of collaborative work on an international scale, BNP Paribas Personal Finance recently launched its new employer promise. A new promise means new objectives and today, the mission is to attract, convince, recruit and develop the loyalty of candidates as well as current employees.

The Human Resources Department is emphasising three promises.
