This Call for projects is open exclusively to initiatives that align with the mission of the Cetelem Foundation, namely: “Inclusion through Digital Sharing”, in line with the Cetelem Foundation’s three main areas of intervention described below.

Promote the spread of a digital culture of solidarity

To be considered for review, the application form (available for download at the bottom of this page) must be fully completed and submitted together with all required supporting documents listed on the final page, to the following address:

  1. Eligible applicants are non-profit and public-interest organizations whose activities qualify for sponsorship, including: associations, foundations, public or private non-profit institutions and services, public or private non-profit healthcare facilities, public or state-accredited educational institutions, the State and local or regional authorities, public research laboratories, …
  2. For projects selected and deemed consistent with the Foundation’s mission, the annual grant amount will range between €10,000 (minimum) and €50,000 (maximum), depending on the project’s nature and scope.
  3. Please note that funding must be specifically allocated to the approved project. It may not be used to cover general operating costs or expenses unrelated to the submitted project.

The following entities are not eligible for this Call for Projects:

  1. Religious organizations
  2. Politically affiliated organizations
  3. For-profit entities
  4. Organizations primarily engaged in advocacy or lobbying activities
  1. Multi-year projects*: Organizations may propose initiatives spanning two or three years, renewable once, for a maximum total duration of six years.
  2. Annual projects*: Organizations may submit a new annual project for up to two consecutive years.

* In both cases, exceptional extensions may be granted upon decision of the Foundation’s Executive Committee (COMEX).

  • From 16 September 2024: The Cetelem Foundation provides the application form to interested organizations upon request.
  • From 1 October to 30 November 2024 (inclusive): Submission period for completed applications.
  • Until 15 January 2025: Review of all applications by the Cetelem Foundation team.
  • Between 15 January and 14 February 2025: For new applicants, a pre-selection is carried out by a committee of committed and voluntary employees of BNP Paribas Personal Finance. The committee reviews all eligible projects and selects those most aligned with the Foundation’s priorities.
  • End of February / Early March 2025: Presentation of shortlisted projects to the Cetelem Foundation Executive Committee (COMEX), which makes the final selection and approves funding decisions, subject to validation by the Fondation de France (approximately one month after COMEX).
  • A few days after COMEX: Notification of results to applicant organizations.
  • Approximately two months after COMEX: Disbursement of funds by the Fondation de France to supported organizations.
