“Digital Inspiration & Connexion”, to go further with Banks
In the face of the growing digitalisation of the banking sector, BNP Paribas Personal Finance brought together its banking partners at a strategic event to explore new avenues of innovation and strengthen synergies around consumer credit. The theme? “Digital inspiration & Connection”! The objective? Enable the sharing of good practices around common issues and thus create a link to go further in the synergies between banking operators and consumer credit specialist!

The One Bank spirit
This event embodied the spirit of “One Bank” by bringing together the BNP Paribas Group’s internal banking partners, whether they are in France or abroad (BCEF, BNP Paribas Fortis, BNP Paribas Polska, TEB), the BNP Paribas Personal Finance managers in the various countries concerned (Findomestic in Italy, AlphaCrédit in Belgium, Personal Finance Portugal) and not forgetting external partners such as Cajamar, Axa Banque or Bank of Nanjing.
Plenary sessions, feedback, exchange of best practices: everything was planned to build together the customer banking experience of tomorrow on consumer credit.
Digital innovation at the heart of strategies
This year digital was the highlight. Between customer acquisition, improving customer journeys and transforming customer relationships, many topics were discussed with concrete and inspiring examples, which are just as much new opportunities to develop.
Among these projects we can mention:
- Cajamar Consumo and its offer of pre-approved loans accessible via a 100% digital customer journey, which already account for nearly 40% of total consumer loan sales.
- BNP Paribas Polska which includes the promotion of the banking application when purchasing retail customers. This strategy resulted in a six-fold increase in the cross-selling rate compared to customers who do not use the banking application.
- The intelligent optimisation of the personal loan transformation rate proposed by TEB, with adjustments at each stage to improve the approval rate and the booking rate. Result: 76% of sales via digital channels.
- Bank of Nanjing BNP Paribas Consumer Finance offers a first in the sector! This entity has integrated AI Avatars into their contractual process, which is now ~90% automatically conducted by them.
