Unique, anchored in pop culture and associated with an iconic mascot, our brands need to evolve regularly to be in line with the changing world in which we operate.
A new phase of evolution took place this year! A substantial work carried out jointly with 8 countries (Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK) and our business teams.
A necessary project
That is why we have started this project on our Cetelem brands, with several objectives in mind:
- Be fully connected with the real lives of our customers, be at the heart of our partners’ activity and stick to the expectations of our employees
- Modernize our brand with a more up-to-date color palette, illustrations, icons, new mascot poses and new this year: emojis!
- Adapt ourselves to new digital and marketing channels
We are very proud of the result that capitalize on both strong local brands (Cetelem, Findomestic Banca, AlphaCredit, Creation, Consors Finance BNP Paribas) and the power of BNP Paribas Personal Finance in order to succeed in the dual challenge of developing local activities and our major international partnerships.
