Lenka tells us about her move from Cetelem to Hello bank! in Czech Republic

Lenka Zavadilovà used to work as a Customer Advisor at Cetelem, the BNP Paribas Personal Finance credit operator in Czech Republic. Today, she holds the same position at Hello Bank! in Prague and here she tells us about her move from a loan company to a banking organisation.

From training and digitalisation to patience, flexibility, attentiveness and compassion, Lenka talks about all the different aspects of her job and the little changes that went hand-in-hand with this switch.
