In 2025, the event once again lived up to expectations. From futuristic demos and inspiring conferences to meaningful networking, this edition was full of standouts moments.  <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<p>For this 9<sup>th<\/sup> edition, BNP Paribas Personal Finance was once again in attendance &#8211; a great opportunity to explore the latest innovations, question current practices, and spark promising ideas that could transformour clients&#8217; everyday lives. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIVA Tech 2025: AI, AI, and more AI<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Unsurprisingly, artificial intelligence took center zstage at this 2025 edition. Already ubiquitous in 2024, AI reached a new level this year. It is no longer just viewed as a technology to explore, but now serves as a strategic driver across nearly every sector represented. From finance, to healthcare, retail, mobility, and education, AI is tranforming business models, accelerating adoption, and prompting reevaluation of practices.   <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Moreover, discussions were not limited to technical aspects. Topics such as ethics, transparency, regulation, and the environmental impact of AI are gaining momentum. AI can no longer be seen as a passing trend &#8211; it has become a true societal issue.   <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BNP Paribas Personal Finance highlights at VIVA Technology<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Beyond major annoucements, several initiatives stood out, especially in the areas of sustainable mobility, customer experience, and data utilization. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retail &amp; Banking: how to make technology accessible for all?<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Stamatia Nikolakakis, Head of B2B Retail, shared her key takeaways from the first day at VivaTech. She also hosted a roundtable with Fnac-Darty, discussing what a partnership between a bank and a retailer entails, and what partners expect from us. She highlighted <a href=\"https:\/\/personal-finance.bnpparibas\/partenariat-cetelem-apple\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the collaboration between Apple and BNP Paribas Personal Finance<\/a> as an example. This partnership reflects a core belief: innovating in retail means prioritizaing the customer journey.
