Software obsolescence, spare parts prices, compulsive purchases, lack of information or even lack of maintenance…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

While 85% of French people plan to repair their broken products, only 30% actually do so<\/strong>: a gap justified by a repair that is sometimes more expensive than buying a new product! This perceived or real cost is an obvious obstacle to repair, even though it makes it possible to extend the life of products, limit the exploitation of new resources and therefore contribute to preserving the planet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

To reverse this trend and support the evolution of French consumers’ consumption habits, ADEME<\/a>, the Agency for Ecological Transition, has set up several levers of action that aim to improve the life cycle of products, particularly electrical and electronic products, by making repair more accessible to all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
