Social inclusion for people in vulnerable situations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Cetelem Foundation was created in 1992<\/strong> and operates under the aegis of the Fondation de France. Beyond the guarantee of quality that this affiliation represents, the Fondation de France provides us with guidance, expertise, and an appropriate administrative, legal, and fiscal framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, the mission of the Cetelem Foundation has evolved to better address social challenges<\/strong>. Since 2018, it has focused particularly on inclusion through digital sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, the Cetelem Foundation decided to expand its scope of action by adopting a new mission: \u201cSocial inclusion for people in vulnerable situations.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In France, 12% of people live in relational isolation (source: Study Solitudes 2024 of the Fondation de France<\/span>). Social isolation and loneliness have negative impacts on both physical and mental health, with social and economic consequences (source: From loneliness to social connection : charting a path to healthier societies \u00bb, OMS June 2025<\/span>). The Cetelem Foundation aims to help break this cycle of isolation for people in vulnerable situations, by supporting them in regaining a sense of purpose and usefulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 2026 call for projects<\/strong>, which will be launched in November 2025, we wish to highlight initiatives that strengthen social connections.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
