Through the Digital Path programme, BNP Paribas IFS (International Financial Services) invites “digital explorers” to become stakeholders in the group’s digital transformation, capitalising on their new ideas and knowledge.
Through this immersive and rotational programme, the group supports these young people and involves them in motivating projects before offering them a permanent position.
These 18 months are also an opportunity for participants to create a network for themselves by working alongside employees from sometimes very different backgrounds.
