At BNP Paribas Personal Finance, the customer relationship business lines are numerous and spread across different divisions throughout France, from Bordeaux to Lille, Mérignac, Nanterre and Marseilles to name but a few.
Maryline has been a client adviser at the Bordeaux customer relations center since the end of 2014. Each day, she receives all types of requests concerning loans, insurance and provident funds. She then proposes solutions that are adapted to her clients.
Maryline also handles calls from customers of retail partners on a daily basis. They generally concern their purchases in stores or the operation of their cards.
