Lenka Zavadilovà used to work as a Customer Advisor at Cetelem, the BNP Paribas Personal Finance credit operator in Czech Republic. Today, she holds the same position at Hello Bank! in Prague and here she tells us about her move from a loan company to a banking organisation.
