At BNP Paribas Personal Finance, the customer relationship business lines are numerous and spread across different divisions throughout France, from Bordeaux to Lille, Mérignac, Nanterre and Marseilles to name but a few.

Since 2016, Laura has been one of the client advisers who assists clients in their various procedures on a daily basis at the Mérignac customer relations centre. She makes every effort to ensure excellent client relations with private individuals each day.

Although her activities are diverse, her work is divided into three phrases: listening to the client explain his/her situation and request, analysing it and proposing the most appropriate solution in relation to his/her profile.

Between human contact, business recovery and team spirit, Laura explains what motivates her every day.
